Cock Milking From Below

The skiing Pinière

A cold biting, lots of wind and a thick cover of clouds blocking the sun's rays, it is really not the time to ski. But we still made a brief exit today center skiing The Pinière Lotbinière. And we had fun ... while freezing solid.

I say "we" because I made this out-there with my girlfriend. The poor were ill-chosen for his day with me.

When we arrived at the center about noon, there was only one car in the parking lot and no one in the cottage home. So we did what we said a poster and we paid our right Access to the "warden" - a metal box installed outside.

Fortunately, someone had made a good fire in the foyer of the clubhouse and there was warm. So we wandered a long time indoors. We felt like we had rented a shelter in the woods!

But he has had we decided to go out to face the cold and wind. And found a trail with his qualities and defects.

First, the qualities. The entire network consists of narrow paths traced to one lane and cut in thick forest. And even if the tracks are maintained with light equipment, I found superb. It is a pleasure to ski in drills as well modeled.

trails Pinière The original have a defect: they sin by excess of righteousness. You can ski very often in long straight lines as straight as a street in Montreal. I guess it does not bother most people. But me it depresses me to see as far ahead of me. It gives me the impression of moving at a snail's pace.

Topographically, it is rather quiet. Almost all trails are marked in field flat and are easily classified. We skied the trail rated intermediate, 4, and we enjoyed a good run single followed by a similar rise.

There is another path through which has surely scored more relief, but it was closed today due to lack of snow. Too bad because I do not see the day I'll return to that corner ...

How Make Fall Asleep Pressure Points

Outdoor Trails Coaticook

Today I saw the winter in all its splendor.

was on the trail Outdoor Coaticook, for a day ideal. Cold weather, but not a breath of wind. Sun. Trees laden with snow that sparkled on a background of blue sky. It was magical.

In Coaticook, it is the border between the Eastern Townships. That corner has its own weather system. There are storms that go through there and avoid the rest of Quebec. There are episodes of rain and thawing that occur only in this region. And this year, winter took a head start in that corner.

To enjoy it, I did an hour's drive today to go in Coaticook. And I did not regretted because I found there a trail system exactly like me.

Outdoor Coaticook maintains a dozen miles of narrow trails reserved for classic tracks and mountainous terrain.

As the interview is done with a marker light, the tracks do not really look like a site of Olympic competition. But what a pleasure to walk in there when conditions are good as it was today.

Unlike my usual, I preferred the easy to difficult trails. First, because the easy are far from trivial: they all have the terrain and dense forest snakes in a really magnificent. And then because the trails very difficult, narrow paths sometimes pose problems. In

climbs, we sometimes lack of space to climb comfortably duck. And the steepest descents, you can ski "on the defensive" because it has outgrown to the plow and we do not really know what awaits us after the next turn. Especially since those tracks are not one-sided and we do not know when it might drop on an oncoming skier.

But these are minor inconveniences. I hiked 18 km absolutely memorable - my best season so far. And I feel like I'm having trouble beating it by the end of winter.

To ski here, visitors a day should start by stopping to buy a ticket to two businesses in downtown Coaticook or Home Park Gorge Coaticook.

At the entrance to the trail system, there's that little hut equipped with a large wood stove. And there is a similar sanctuary at the other end of the network.

How To Send New Born Baby Msg.

This summer I did a bike ride that brought me in Kingsey Falls, a city I had never visited. And on arriving in town for a bike path, I was surprised to see that ...

Well, okay, there was no snow or furrows. But I was very happy to discover new trails to try skiing close to home my beautiful family. And today I went for my lap.

Located east City, not far from his fire station, the trail system is modest in scope. I have not seen indications of distance displayed anywhere, but I would say there are about eight miles of trails plotted close flat in a beautiful forest of conifers.

The access point to the slopes lie at the end of the street Lemaire, in an industrial area. There is nothing there except a space to park his car.

I enjoyed myself on the trails even if they are short and flat. I must say that I skied on the new snow freshly drawn and slipped it wonderfully.

Plotted to one lane, the tracks are narrow and meander pleasantly through the trees. So we feel in the forest even if it is near the city. Except in this section where you can ski under a power line and where the next door below.

Maintenance is done with a light vehicle drawn by a snowmobile. So, better to visit the place when conditions are good.

During my hike, I saw three deer and a skier. Judging by the amount of tracks that I saw while skiing, these beasts are numerous in the area. Good. They add a little spice to the network of trails.

Sweet Sixtenn Gift Ideas

Kingsey Falls Nature Park Cap Saint-Jacques

Caprices of winter forcing, I just make two trips in quick succession at the nature park Cap Saint-Jacques. Conclusion: If I had arms on a foreign tourist wishing to discover the joys of skiing on the island of Montreal, is where I would send.

And I'll take care of sending a Saturday or Sunday. Because otherwise it would lack the two main attractions of the place: the sugar shack and Château Gohier, which are open only on weekends.

The park has eight miles of trails cross country skiing that can go around the park to stop at interesting places. We are not tired, because you can ski on flat terrain on trails very easy. But we still have the taste to stop because it's fun.

There is the sugar shack where they serve pancakes with maple syrup and ham. There's organic farm, where you can see some animals, make a sleigh ride pulled by a horse and wander in a kind of general store. And there's Château Gohier, a building stone in which to sip coffee in a large circular room dominated by a fireplace.

bad the snack menu is not up to this scene because otherwise the place would be really special. Next time I'll bring my lunch.

But back to skiing. As I already wrote, the most beautiful trails in the quality of parks is that they are leveled and they do very little snow to make them operational.

Maintenance is done with light equipment, but it is adequate. The park is very rugged, then climbs and descents are rare and very short. But as the tracks are wide and not too crooked, it can go fast and you never get bored too. Too bad they are - unnecessarily, in my opinion - one way because we have even more fun to walk in the park if it was not the case.

Of all nature parks, Cap St. Jacques is where we made the best skiing. Even if we can get there by bus, it feels very far from the city. The chalet park is large and contains a rental shop.

As seen on this first photo, my son Arthur made his official debut in cross country skiing at Cap St-Jacques at the age of three years and four months. We had fun on a good 100 meters. But just after we took this picture, he lost patience, has been dropped and we served a nasty bout of nerves. But he had to break the ice ...
