Today I went to the Morgan Arboretum because that's close to home. It's also a lovely wooded area where there are two ski trails spread over approximately 11 kilometers.
Without snow, the two paths had not been traced mechanically today. But that has not changed my hike. Even when they are mechanically groomed, then these paths do not look like race tracks. It is the "ski bush" by sneaking through the trees and negotiating the bumps and hollows. And what does not help is that it is possible to ski with his dog on one of two paths.
Still, walking is pleasant. The terrain is flat, but was entitled to a variety of beautiful landscape. You can ski in the woods sometimes wild, sometimes between two rows of evergreens planted long ago in clearings and sometimes like this.
contera We do not fear: Located just off the park's nature Cap Saint-Jacques has much to offer skiers the Morgan Arboretum. But it has at least the merit of proposing different ski more rustic and natural. Try at least once.
